Carefully clean your espresso machine every 2-3 days

Prepare your favourite blend

For a better taste, use medium roasted coffee beans

Finely grind your beans

Please set a 7 grams (0,24 oz) dose of coffee powder

Compact your coffee with a tamper (44 pounds press)

Please use demineralized water (hardness 4,91°e)

Check the right temperature for water (194°F)

Check the right pressure during coffee extraction (9 atm)

Extraction should be about 30"

Please use a dry and warm coffee cup (about 104°F)
